1. Gulab Jamun (Sweetened Dumplings in Rose Syrup):

Ingredients for Gulab Jamnun:

500 gm Khoya
50 gm Maida
½ Egg
1 and half liter oil
Instructions for Gulab Jamnun:
1. Take a pan
2. Add 2 cup water
3. Add sugar and cook it
4. Now add cardamom and cook for 5-10 minutes
5. Now take a bowl, add khoya and mash it
6. Add Maida, Baking powder, ½ egg and mix it well with your hands
7. Now make Gulab jaman of this
8. Now add oil in a pan and heat it lightly, add gulab jamon in this oil
9. Fry these until they turn into light brown
10. Now garnish with cardamom and dip these gulab jamons into surag syrup for 2 hours
Your yummy gulab jamons are ready to serve

2. Sheer Khurma (Vermicelli Pudding with Dates):

1 .In a frying pan add crushed vermicelli, dried dates, almonds, pistachio, coconut, green cardamom and cook for 2 minutes.

2 .In a bowl add cooked ingredients, mix saffron and sugar in it. Store it in an air tight jar for up to 6 months.
3 .In a pan boil milk.Fry these until they turn into light brown

4 .Add sheer khurma mix and sugar in it. Cook it for 5 to 7 minutes.

5 .Let it cool, garnish with almonds and serve.

1 .In a grinder separately grind rice, sugar, almonds and set aside.
2 .Now in a bowl add ground rice, sugar, almonds, cardamom powder and mix well. Store in an air tight jar and save for 1-2 months.
3 .In a pot add milk and bring it to boil. Add kheer mix and stir & cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes.
4 .Now add condensed milk and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5 .Garnish it with almonds, pistachios and silver leaf and serve.
